FAQ's

Booking & Policies

How do I book a session?

Fill out my contact form to check availability. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 20% retainer is required for Portrait and Lifestyle sessions. Weddings, Special Events, and Birthing Experience sessions require a 30% retainer. The remaining balance is due by the day of your session or event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate based on availability, and at least 24–48 hours’ notice is preferred. For cancellations, any payments beyond the retainer will be refunded.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

I’m based in Summerville, SC, and happily travel throughout the Lowcountry and beyond. Travel fees may apply for destinations over 50 miles.

Sessions & Style

How would you describe your style?

My work is cinematic, intentional, and emotion driven. I capture honest, in-between moments rather than overly posed perfection.

How many images will I receive, and when?

That depends on what package you've selected. If the lead time is more than 2 weeks, you'll have access to sneak peaks via your private gallery.

Do you work with a second photographer for weddings?

Yes — my Cinematic Collection includes a second photographer for full-day coverage, ensuring every angle and moment is preserved.

How does on-call birth photography work?

I’m on-call 24/7 starting two weeks before your due date. Once labor begins, I join you for full coverage through delivery and the first hours after birth.
